Buonasera Federico!! Grazie mille della sua recensione!! Purtroppo il colore non sempre è identico alle foto proposte, a volte il colore differisce in quanto la tinta del pellame non è sempre la stessa, dipende dal trattamento e dalla partita di pelle che arriva a FITWELL per la produzione.
Purtroppo non posso nemmeno dirLe che Le sostituisco la scarpa in quanto questo modello non viene più prodotto ed stato sostituito da uno nuovo completamente diverso.
Farò tesoro di questo suo feedback e sarò più attento nel controllare che il colore sia il più simile possibile alle foto proposte, in caso contrario avviserò il cliente.
Se non Le andasse bene non si faccia problemi, gestirò il reso senza alcun addebito di spese nei suoi confronti..
